Excellent hotel with its wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness centre. The staff even helped me find tasty food on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

I gotta tell ya, my room was spacious an’ pretty clean too. Breakfast was alright, but man, it could use some more refillin’. I was starvin’ after a group of tourists plowed through it! Also, them heated shower heads really did the trick after a long day. Could’ve used some more attention on them trams though.

The Starhotels in Campi Bisenzio felt cozy and spacious. I really appreciated the secure parking and how quiet it was at night. Just wish the air conditioning had worked better. it only turned on after 3 PM, which was a bit odd.

Unexpected charm in an industrial area

The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing local tips. The secure parking was a relief, especially in this industrial setting, and the spacious room was a comfortable retreat after a busy day.

However, the industrial area felt a bit uninviting, especially at night. I found the air conditioning system to be a hassle as it couldn't be adjusted easily, leading to warm nights. Also, the breakfast could use improvement, lacking freshness and variety.

My stay at Starhotels Vespucci was delightful. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with lovely marble accents in the bathroom. I especially appreciated the attentive staff. they made me feel welcomed and were always ready to assist with any needs.

Location in an industrial area is unappealing!!! Air conditioning only operates for a limited time and doesn't cool effectively!!! Room décor is disappointingly dated and could use a refresh!!!

The family room was spacious and had comfy beds for everyone. I loved the mini bar and how clean everything was. But the air conditioning was a letdown. It only kicked in after 3 PM and didn’t cool enough at night, which made it a bit stuffy.

It was just a nice choice for a brief retreat in Campi Bisenzio with real value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome during my stay. Keep your expectations realistic for the area and hotel amenities.
